This study aims to identify the role of social media in the marketing strategy of MSME products of Mang Ujang located in Salama, Bima City. The method used is a survey and direct training for MSME owners and employees. This activity includes product packaging training, labeling, and the use of various social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for promotion. The results of the training showed an increase in MSME actors' understanding of digital marketing, which contributed to increasing brand awareness and product sales potential. The research method involved four stages of mentoring. The first stage involved surveying MSME locations. The second stage entailed socialising with MSMEs. The third stage assisted in creating Instagram and Facebook social media accounts at MSME locations. The fourth stage was an evaluation of the programme that had been carried out. The results of the assistance showed an increase in the understanding and skills of MSME owners in using social media for promotion. Previously, Salsa Brownies MSMEs relied solely on conventional promotions, but after the training, they began to upload products and interact with potential buyers more actively. Training activities include preparing effective questionnaires, collecting data from potential customers, and analysing survey results to understand market preferences in depth. The training methods used include a combination of theoretical presentations, hands-on practice, and data analysis simulations, so that students gain real-world experience in conducting market research. The main objectives of this training are to improve students' proficiency in market research, mastery of research methodologies, application of real-world testing concepts in a business context, and development of entrepreneurial spirit and analytical skills. Sumber Hidup https://e-journals.irapublishing.com/index.php/IRAJPKM/article/view/224 <p><em>Training on the use of Credibook digital technology was conducted to improve financial management capacity in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) producing tofu and tempeh in UD. Source of Livelihood in Bima City. The training aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how to utilize the main features of the application, such as transaction recording, inventory management, monitoring of receivables and payables, and the automatic generation of financial reports. The implementation methods included a needs assessment phase, Credibook application awareness sessions, technical training on digital transaction recording, and an evaluation of changes in financial management. The training results showed that MSMEs managers were able to operate the application independently, with skills in recording daily transactions, managing accounts receivable and payable, monitoring inventory, and generating automated financial reports. The use of Credibook has proven to enhance operational efficiency and financial recording accuracy compared to previous conventional or manual methods. Low environmental literacy and limited waste management infrastructure in the small and medium industry (SMI) sector remain key challenges. This Community Service Program (PkM) aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of screen printing practitioners in managing B3 waste through educational and participatory approaches. The program was conducted at PT. Shalom Dunia, Tangerang City, over five months, with the main training held in April 2025. Methods included field observation, interactive training, hands-on practice, group discussions, and emergency response simulations. Evaluation was carried out through questionnaires, pre-tests, and post-tests. Results showed an increase in correct responses from 41% to 92% after the training, and 99% of participants stated that the program significantly improved their awareness of workplace safety and environmental protection. Many elementary school teachers still rely on textbooks or PowerPoint slides, resulting in limited variation in teaching materials and reduced student engagement. A lack of training in creating engaging media also contributes to this issue. As a solution, training was provided on developing learning media using augmented reality through the web-based application Assembler Edu. This digital media introduces new and dynamic ways of delivering material, aiming to increase students' interest and motivation in learning. This activity aimed to raise awareness through education and screening of cholesterol, uric acid, and blood glucose levels. It was conducted from July 12–21, 2025, in Tipulu and Punggaloba Subdistricts, Kendari City. The methods included interactive education and screening using portable digital devices. Among 48 participants, 27.08% had high uric acid, 16.67% had high blood glucose, and 6.25% had high cholesterol levels, along with physical complaints such as joint pain and neck stiffness. The activity improved public understanding of early detection and healthy lifestyles, while also providing baseline data for local health centres. The results highlight the community’s high metabolic risk and support the health promotion theory that education effectively encourages behaviour change. These developments have had both positive and negative impacts, especially on adolescents. Teenagers are particularly vulnerable to consumptive behavior when shopping, a phenomenon observed at SMA Swasta Nasional Petatal in Batu Bara Regency. Most adolescents experience consumptive behaviors due to a lack of self-control. This community service initiative aims to provide knowledge, understanding, and skills regarding self-control of consumptive behavior. However, the financial literacy level among Indonesian students remains low, affecting their ability to manage personal finances. This community service activity was conducted at SMA Swasta Nasional Petatal, Batubara Regency, North Sumatra, on 18 July 2025, aiming to enhance students’ understanding and foster healthy financial habits from an early age. The implementation method included preparation, interactive education, and evaluation. The materials covered pocket money management, basic Budgeting, distinguishing needs from wants, and the introduction of saving and investment concepts. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ understanding based on pre-test and post-test scores, along with increased awareness and motivation to manage finances wisely. Active participation and positive feedback served as indicators of the program’s success. The rapid development of information technology, including robotics, requires vocational schools to update their competencies. Limited access to basic robotics knowledge poses a significant challenge. This community service program includes simulation-based training that replicates real industrial conditions. Teachers also gain innovative teaching enrichment. The Industrial Engineering Department of Universitas Mercu Buana provides educational support through knowledge transfer. The training focuses on understanding and evaluating the inline robot simulation in digital industries. Expected outcomes include improved student understanding, academic publications, video documentation, and media articles.
