Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check their submission's compliance with all of the following points. Submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication in another journal (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• The manuscript file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document format.
• References that are accessible online have included their URLs.
• The manuscript is typed with spacing, font, italics for foreign terms, underlined text for URLs, and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than grouped at the end of the manuscript, as exemplified in the article template.
• The manuscript follows the style and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
